  My ice maker in my Kenmore fridge was broken; the "paddle" that let's the machine know if there is enough ice or not, was what broke. I called them and... read more they were able to get someone over the same day! He confirmed we would need to order a part, but was able to put in place a temporary fix while we waited. He charged me $50 for the visit that day, which would go towards the total I had been provided as an estimate.

The parts took about 1.5 weeks to come in, and his fix held until the day before he returned with the new part. When he took out the old part and tried to put in the new part, he confirmed they had matching part numbers and plugged in the new ice maker. However, it imeadeatly started pouring out water and not stopping. He quickly determined the old part and the new part, while sharing the same part number and plug shape, had a different configuration of pins/wires within the plug and probably meant the part had been revised. He quickly cleaned up the leak and was able to move the new paddle over to my old ice-maker (the paddle was not sold separately) and get it all put back together.

Since he didn't put in the entire new part, he gave me a discount against the estimate.

All in all, RepairPro was fast, communicative, inexpensive, and friendly. I i will use them again!

Evgenii didn't hesitate and he was able to accommodate us same day. He diagnosed and fix it in a few minutes before he left. We were able to fix 2 appliances in just an hour or 2. Evgenii is very experienced and very kind. We would definitely call him again next time we need his service.

And I had to find a repair service. After a quick search I found one but it would cost me $89 just to find out what's wrong. So one more search I found RepairPro who would charge much less and to check and it would be applied to the total cost of fixing. So I agreed and they were able to make an appointment within the following day. The total cost for parts and labor was something I was not ready for. But Lana with whole I spoke was kind enough to bring the cost down a bit. So I paid a deposit for the parts and a few days later the parts arrived and the day after the technician came to fix my dryer. There was a bit of trouble with the timer so the technician had to come back a couple days later. All in all RepairPro treats you like a customer they care about. Paying was easy to via Zelle. Not sure what other appliances they fix but their business attitude will definitely be good with all appliances they work on. Five stars is deserving of this outfit
